The Company origins date back to 1943 when several industrial engineers from the former steel company “Sociedad Anónima Basconia” established its parent company.

In 1964, as a result of a split, JAUREGUI INGENIERIA Y SERVICIOS INDUSTRIALES, S.A., specialised in the assembly and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment and installations,was set up.

Since then until now, JAUREGUI INGENIERIA Y SERVICIOS INDUSTRIALES, S.A. has played a proactive role in the industrial development of our sector, also taking part in internationalisation projects, but yet always maintaining our identity traits as a Family Business established from its inception.
